Who can apply?
Anyone authorized to work in the US who can pass our technical evaluation. We focus on young tech professionals — programmers, designers, developers, technical architects, and project managers — from college students through senior engineers. Background and pedigree help, but proof of skill matters more.
How selective is Launchpad?
We accept less than 1% of applicants. Every accepted candidate clears a technical evaluation, behavioral interview, and team-fit screen. The bar is high because our employer partners trust us with their hardest roles.
Where do Launchpad candidates land?
Tesla, Amazon, Google, Apple, Airbnb, Spotify, and many more. Top-tier companies trust our pre-vetting because they've seen the outcomes.
What does it cost?
$0 out of pocket for talent. We're paid by hiring partners on successful placement. The agency model — we win when you win.
How long does the program take?
Anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on where you start and where you're going. We continuously measure skills and readiness, so when you go to market you're at peak match-fit.
What's the difference between a Launchpad candidate and a normal applicant?
Vetting. Training. Calibration. Our candidates clear our proprietary technical evaluation before joining the program, then train and develop with mentors over weeks. We can confidently brief employers on a candidate's strengths, weaknesses, and best-fit roles.
How does the employer side work?
Hiring partners brief us on their roles and bar. We hand-pick candidates for their pipeline. We adjust volume and profile based on feedback. Less spam, more signal.
Do I need to be a US citizen?
You need to be authorized to work in the US. Some of our candidates need sponsorship — we work with employers who sponsor. Apply and tell us your situation; we'll be honest about fit.
Can I keep my current job during the program?
Yes. The mentorship and training fit around your schedule. The introductions are made when you're ready to move.
What happens if I get an offer I don't want?
You don't take it. The agency model means you stay in control. We work for you — not the company.
